Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (biotech, neurotech, climate tech) for strategic investment
- Design ethical AI protocols and sustainable tech implementation guidelines
- Present foresight reports to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Manage patent portfolios for breakthrough 2026-era technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics governance
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with global tech policy bodies (ITU, WEF, OECD)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
