Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Analyze disruptor technologies and assess commercialization opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech development frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience managing cross-functional R&D teams of 20+ professionals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Prior success in launching revenue-generating tech products
