Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, autonomous systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical AI deployment
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $20M annually
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureTech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM, D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
