Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep knowledge of ethical technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Futures Planning preferred
