- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives across emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, Web3) for market adoption
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present future vision to investors, clients, and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 2026+ tech planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Track record of launching innovative products/services from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams and budgets
