Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype systems for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous decision frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their strategic implications for enterprise adoption
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance protocols for advanced AI systems and human augmentation technologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate and scale breakthrough innovations into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product or system
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or human-computer interaction systems
- Strong background in technology forecasting and competitive landscape analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional teams with diverse technical expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field
