- Lead end-to-end technology strategy development for 2026 market positioning, including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions aligned with future consumer needs
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to track strategic initiatives and ROI
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation proposals to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing) and their industry applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence executives across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends (articles, patents, or conference presentations)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M and leading teams of 15+ professionals
