- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation lab focused on next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certifications in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology architecture preferred
