Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDG targets and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis in AI ethics, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Manage $15M R&D budget with ROI optimization for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership for Nature Futures and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in AI safety or sustainable tech (Scopus-indexed)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk)
- Experience securing government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Validated track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
