Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.) into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-forward concepts
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for future initiatives
- Mentor technology teams in forward-thinking methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, Web3)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Stanford LEAD)
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
