Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with quantum algorithm development (Qiskit, Cirq)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
- Strong network in Silicon Valley venture capital circles
