Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic tech solutions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Assess ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible innovation frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
