Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-focused initiatives from concept to market launch
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Present technology visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators to accelerate R&D
- Ensure ethical frameworks guide technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario analysis capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certified in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP)
