Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI, quantum computing, and immersive reality solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments for strategic decision-making
- Present technology forecasts and innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budgets with measurable ROI tracking
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
