Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems for climate modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology adoption pathways
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPI tracking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future tech implications
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Certification in Technology Foresight (APF/TFI) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across 3+ continents
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
