Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate blockchain and Web3 infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in biotech and neurotech
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with market disruption timelines
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on innovation portfolios
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI, or decentralized systems
- Executive experience at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth tech companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) or equivalent
- Published research on technology disruption or innovation forecasting
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
