Responsibilities

- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and IP portfolio management
- Establish innovation KPIs and ROI models for experimental technology initiatives
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate startup innovations
- Present strategic briefings to board members and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership on future tech trends for industry publications
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching scaled innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
