- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders

- Monitor competitor technology strategies and market disruption risks
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in innovation management or strategy (e.g., CIMS) a plus
