Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography frameworks
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS Foresight Certification) or equivalent
