- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Develop KPIs for innovation success and track adoption metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Track record of launching tech products with >$10M impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of global tech ecosystems and startup landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
