Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-proof digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 3-5 year horizons
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML systems or quantum computing applications
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) preferred
