- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 major tech innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning ethics, or Web3 architecture
- Certified in technology management (e.g., CTO-level credentials)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar journals
