Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to prioritize future R&D investments
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on technology's societal and economic impacts
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
