Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing, AGI development, and Web3 infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and market volatility
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board members
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring innovation velocity and market adaptation
- Manage $10M+ annual technology innovation budget
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at executive level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling technology operations to $1B+ revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (quantum, blockchain, neural networks)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global expansion
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar institution
