Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investors
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
