Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and neural interfaces
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for frontier technologies
- Coordinate with venture partners to identify acquisition targets and IP opportunities
- Design frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems and generative AI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology implications
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network within venture capital and research institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
