- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating next-gen solutions into core operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI of future-focused projects
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous financial modeling
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing future-tech solutions
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar forward-looking credential preferred
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
