Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ adoption cycles across quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government partners to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, ambient computing) and assess commercial viability
- Develop policy frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or singularity implications
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent) and ML frameworks
- Strategic consulting background with McKinsey, BCG, or Big 4 tech practice
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
