Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/bio-integrated systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous systems
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology investment strategy and M&D opportunities
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with decentralized governance models and DAO ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable technology architectures
