Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive trends and competitive threats in 2026+ tech landscapes
- Architect scalable innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with global innovation hubs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape projections and regulatory implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
