Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven automation and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Present technology visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product lines to meet 2026 ESG targets
- Mentor junior technologists and foster innovation through hackathons and R&D programs
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
