Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0) to develop 5-year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford, MIT) and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of technological foresight through workshops and thought leadership
- Oversee $15M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy with proven experience scaling enterprise-level solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Portfolio of successfully launched products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
