Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives across AI, quantum, and sustainability domains

- Develop and present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Analyze geopolitical and market trends affecting technology adoption
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or renewable energy
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
