Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech fusion)
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the creation of ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, or climate tech)
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment required
- Experience securing government grants and public-private partnerships valued >$100M
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and published thought leadership
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
