Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, etc.)
- Design sustainable tech frameworks reducing digital carbon footprint by 40%+ by 2026
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging tech into commercial products
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology adoption lifecycle management
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple innovation domains
- Certification in AI Ethics or Sustainable Technology a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech transformation initiatives
