- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor industry disruptors and patent landscapes to anticipate market shifts
- Manage technology partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record of implementing breakthrough technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech divisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
