Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and prototype next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology into corporate vision
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future technology implementations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging fields (AI, quantum computing, IoT, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
