Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps and impact assessments to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across R&D and product development
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment for future tech landscapes
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
