- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging threats
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record scaling technology initiatives to $50M+ budgets
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain architectures
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and sustainability tech standards
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, IFTF)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
