Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Lead moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic research institutions
- Develop patent portfolios protecting core innovations in next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present future scenarios to executive board and investors driving $500M+ funding decisions
- Mentor a team of PhD researchers and startup founders in our accelerator program
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits as thought leader
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with 10M+ user adoption by 2026
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in venture capital or government grants
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Top 1% technical assessment scores in algorithm design and systems architecture
