- Oversee $10M+ R&D budgets for breakthrough technology initiatives
- Represent InnovateFuture at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and strategists in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or MBA with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 100 environments
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
