Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for digital transformation with 5-year horizon planning
- Conduct competitive analysis and future-proofing assessments against technological obsolescence risks
- Partner with product and engineering to bridge innovation gaps and accelerate time-to-market
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure cross-functional buy-in
- Drive culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal tech evangelism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex technical and business trends
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in technology foresight, innovation management, or equivalent (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
