Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum, AI, and biotech
- Conduct horizon-scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including venture partners
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Drive innovation sprints with $500K annual prototyping budget
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI/quantum/biotech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling technical teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance eligibility (government contract work)
