- Manage cross-functional innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investor stakeholders

- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and market impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least three enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated thought leadership (published papers, patents)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience managing P&L for technology portfolios exceeding $50M
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
