- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of strategic tech experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M with vendor/partnership oversight
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar forward-thinking designation preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
