- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies with 200+ filings target
- Mentor next-generation talent in futurism and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record launching category-defining products (2+ $1B+ revenue products)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience scaling global R&D teams across 5+ countries
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
