Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers on 2026 tech trends
- Partner with R&D to validate technical feasibility of strategic initiatives
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists on future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
