Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI integration and quantum applications
- Analyze emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for responsible deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in systems architecture and distributed networks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering required
