Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing prototypes
- Identify emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech integration) and translate them into actionable roadmaps
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations and business case development
- Mentor senior engineers in futuristic tech implementation and ethical deployment
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and EU research labs on joint innovation initiatives
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring technological disruption impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate-tech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 disruptive tech launches since 2020
