Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech investment opportunities across global innovation ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and government agencies
- Create competitive analysis frameworks to anticipate industry disruptions and position InnovateNext for first-mover advantage
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation forecasts to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid iteration in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Strong network within global tech innovation hubs and venture capital ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business decisions
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, CIO) or innovation strategy preferred
